About Int+Space

Int+Space is an interior design and execution company focused on creating thoughtfully designed, functional, and high-quality residential and commercial spaces. We work closely with clients from the initial consultation and design stage through execution and final project handover.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, convert qualified leads, and drive projects from initial enquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, partnerships, digital leads, and other channels.
Handle incoming enquiries and understand the client's requirements, budget, timeline, and expectations.
Identify and develop relationships with potential clients in the real estate, interior design, architecture, construction, and allied sectors.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and project discussions.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal design team to develop suitable proposals.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and project details to prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the sales pipeline.
Negotiate with clients and convert qualified opportunities into confirmed projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, project management, and execution teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project initiation.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business-development and sales targets.
Stay updated on local real estate, interior design, construction, and market trends.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

Prior experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in:
Real Estate
Interior Design
Architecture
Construction
Building Materials
Furniture / Modular Kitchens
Home Improvement
Property Development
Or another relevant industry
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Confidence in interacting with homeowners, investors, property developers, architects, and other decision-makers.
A target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Good understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
Professional appearance and strong client-facing skills.

Compensation & Incentives

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and capability.

Performance Incentive:
1% incentive on the total project cost for projects successfully closed by the Business Development Executive.

Incentive eligibility and payout will be subject to the company's applicable terms and project payment/closure conditions.
