HR INTERN

Experience: 0–1 Year | Prior HR Internship Experience Preferred
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Work Mode: Remote

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship.

The ideal candidate should have some prior experience or exposure to HR, whether through an internship, part-time role, academic projects, or relevant work experience.

This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to interview coordination and selection.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees and interns.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and other basic HR operations.
Coordinate with employees and managers regarding HR-related requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR-related reports, documents, letters, and trackers.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Assist in maintaining a positive employee experience.
Help with day-to-day HR administration and coordination.
Take ownership of assigned HR tasks and ensure they are completed within timelines.

What We’re Looking For

Prior HR internship or relevant HR experience is preferred.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable interacting with candidates, employees, and managers.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and other office tools.
Strong attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Someone who can commit to the complete 6-month internship.
Someone genuinely interested in building a career in Human Resources.
