Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and confident Junior Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, reaching out through multiple channels, understanding business requirements, scheduling meetings, supporting proposals, and contributing to revenue growth. The candidate should be comfortable selling digital marketing, creative, recruitment, and staffing solutions to businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, industries, and business opportunities through LinkedIn, Google, job portals, directories, social media, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.

Generate qualified leads for digital marketing, creative services, recruitment, and staffing requirements.

Reach out to prospective clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, WhatsApp, and other professional communication channels.

Understand client requirements, business challenges, hiring needs, marketing goals, budget expectations, and timelines.

Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, meetings, and presentations between prospective clients and the internal team.

Present FyerX services professionally and clearly communicate the value of our solutions to potential clients.

Prepare and share service introductions, company profiles, proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications with support from the relevant internal teams.

Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

Maintain accurate lead information, communication history, meeting notes, proposal status, and follow-up schedules in CRM tools, Zoho CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, or other relevant platforms.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective clients, existing clients, partners, and referral networks.

Work closely with the marketing, recruitment, operations, and management teams to ensure client requirements are understood and communicated accurately.

Support client onboarding after deal closure by coordinating required documentation, agreements, project handovers, and initial communication.

Track daily outreach, leads generated, meetings booked, proposals shared, deals closed, and revenue performance.

Meet assigned monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads, meetings, proposals, and revenue generation.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, digital marketing services, recruitment practices, and business-development strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, Communications, or a related field.
111–333years of experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
Experience in selling digital marketing services, creative services, recruitment, staffing, HR solutions, SaaS, or B2B services will be preferred.
Strong experience with lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to understand client requirements, conduct professional conversations, and build trust with decision-makers.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, email tools, and lead-generation platforms is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining discipline, consistency, and daily reporting.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously.
A goal-oriented mindset with ownership, persistence, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
