About Kanso Collective:

Kanso Collective (https://www.kansocollective.shop/) is a founder-led design and engineering studio. We design and build bespoke marketing websites, custom web apps, and digital experiences for founders, startups, and SMBs who want to stand out rather than blend into generic templates.

About the Role:

We are looking for 3, self-driven Business Development / Sales Interns to join our core growth pipeline. This is a 100% remote, part-time role designed for college students, freshers, or active communicators who want hands-on experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and high-ticket agency outreach.

Selected interns will work closely with the founding team and have a direct path to a full-time Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of ₹2.0 LPA – ₹5.0 LPA upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Discovery: Identify potential clients (fast-growing startups, founders, D2C brands, creators, and SMBs) who need high-converting websites or custom web applications.
Outbound Outreach: Run targeted, high-touch outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Email, and startup communities.
Value-First Pitching: Analyze prospective clients' existing digital presence, spot friction points, and communicate how Kanso can elevate their brand and conversions.
Pipeline Management: Nurture leads, handle initial inquiries, and schedule 20-minute strategy discovery calls for the founders.

Who We Are Looking For:

Outstanding written and spoken English communication.
Self-starters who don't wait for a script...comfortable researching founders and personalizing outreach.
Active on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, or active in college clubs (E-Cell, Placement Cell, MUNs, Sponsorship/Fest marketing).
Basic understanding of web technologies/design (you know what makes a good website; we train you on our internal sales framework).
Grit and resilience....comfortable handling follow-ups and navigating cold outreach.

Stipend & Commission Structure:

Fixed Pay: ₹1,000 / month
Commission / Incentives: Uncapped earnings based on deals closed.

Commission Breakdown:

Mid-Sized Deals (₹5,000 – ₹20,000): 20% commission (Earn ₹1,000 to ₹4,000 per deal)
Large Deals (₹20,000+): 25% commission (Earn ₹5,000+ per deal)
Partial / Milestone Payments: 5% payout on upfront client installments (e.g., on a 30% advance of ₹10,000, you receive an immediate advance payout).

Perks & Growth:

Total Earning Potential: ₹2,000 – ₹11,000+ / month (No upper ceiling on commissions).
Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): High performers can convert into full-time roles (₹2.0L – ₹5.0L CTC).
Internship Certificate & Letter of Recommendation from the Founders.
Hands-on mentorship in modern B2B sales psychology, pipeline management, and client discovery.

Duration & Hours:

Duration: 3 Months
Commitment: Part-time (Approx. 15–20 hours/week)
Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)
