About the Role-
We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Developer to join our Technology team. If you have hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Python, and enjoy building intelligent, scalable AI solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities-
* Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
* Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications using modern AI frameworks.
* Develop AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and workflow automation tools.
* Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and prompt engineering techniques.
* Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimise machine learning and deep learning models.
* Develop REST APIs and integrate AI models into web and enterprise applications.
* Work with structured and unstructured datasets for preprocessing, training, and model evaluation.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
* Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI models for performance and scalability.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
Required Skills-
* 3–4 years of experience in AI/ML development.
* Strong proficiency in Python.
* Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
* Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and prompt engineering.
* Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG.
* Experience integrating AI models using OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
* Experience with FastAPI or Flask for API development.
* Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications-
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
* Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
* Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or AI Agents is an added advantage.
