Job Profile/Description:

Handling a team which will consist of Graphic Designers, Visualizers
Will be responsible for rolling out the annual plan and the benchmarks for taking the division ahead
Will be responsible to plan and review the performance of juniors/ team-mates and accordingly providing training & development initiatives
Kick-off meetings with the project management, client & medical team to discuss the projects initiations
Will be responsible for coaching and training of the team
Will be executing ideas into all forms of visual communication media
Gaining an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at
Will be visiting the clients as and when required
As required giving creative presentations to the clients or internal team
Taking responsibility & initiatives in overall cost-reduction

Qualifications: Bachelor in Fine Arts (B.F.A)

Work Experience: 8-10 yrs experience in the industry with around 2-3 years’ experience as an Art Director.
