About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Brand & Growth Marketing to lead brand strategy, consumer marketing, and growth across a portfolio of consumer on-demand brands. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, this role requires a leader who can build compelling brand narratives for the Bharat (Tier 2/3) audience while driving measurable business growth through full-funnel marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across multiple consumer brands.
Develop scalable brand and growth playbooks that drive awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and retention.
Lead integrated marketing initiatives across content, creator partnerships, digital, performance, and regional marketing channels.
Build and optimize end-to-end customer funnels, ensuring measurable impact on acquisition, conversion, and repeat usage.
Drive vernacular and regional marketing strategies tailored to Tier 2/3 consumer segments.
Establish marketing frameworks, KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and best practices across the brand portfolio.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and founders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing brand and growth marketing teams.

8–10 years of progressive experience in Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Consumer Marketing.
Proven success in scaling consumer-facing brands within D2C, hyperlocal, marketplace, retail, franchise, or on-demand businesses.
Deep understanding of Tier 2/3 ("Bharat") consumer behaviour, regional marketing, and vernacular content ecosystems.
Strong expertise in brand strategy, integrated marketing, performance marketing, creator ecosystems, and customer lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to build scalable marketing systems, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities.
