Media Buyer — Job Description

About the Role
- We're hiring a Media Buyer to take full ownership of our paid social and digital advertising, with a primary focus on Meta.
- This is a hands-on, in-the-account role — you'll be working inside our ad accounts daily, not overseeing performance from a distance.
- You'll own profit-aware scaling, translate performance data into clear creative direction, and report directly on results to leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own daily execution across Meta and other paid channels (TikTok possible) — campaign structure, audience strategy, bidding, budget pacing, ad launches, and research.
- Scale spend profitably, holding ROAS and CAC within target bands.
- Run weekly attribution reconciliation across platform data and third-party tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, or similar).
- Brief the creative team based on performance signals, and manage UGC/creator content testing.
- Run incrementality and holdout tests to separate true winners from platform-reported noise.
- Deliver clear, concise weekly reporting that leadership can act on without needing a translator.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with proven results managing significant monthly ad spend for ecommerce/ DTC brands.
- A genuine creative strategist mindset — you understand why an ad works, not just whether it does.
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate platform data into business decisions.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively in a fast-moving environment.
Skills Required
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager — campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and attribution windows.
- Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager (preferred, not mandatory).
- Strong grasp of performance metrics — blended ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing.
- Familiarity with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or GA4.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, formulas, and reporting dashboards.
- Sharp creative instincts and strong written/verbal communication for reporting to leadership.
