Key Responsibilities

Set up and maintain project communication systems (provided by EPC or stakeholders), including internal distribution, archiving, and storage of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems; ensure tracking logs are consistently updated.
Monitor project schedules, especially with EPCs, to ensure timely document deliverables.
Provide reporting tools, including status reports, audit reports, and inputs for dashboards used by Project Director, Construction Manager, QA/QC Manager, etc.
Audit document control practices on-site to ensure compliance with folder structures, naming conventions, and standard procedures.
Strong knowledge of EDMS tools, including NEW PRODOM.
Excellent communication skills in English; currently learning French.
Experienced in dashboard creation, basic automations, and standardization of document control processes.
Skilled in document quality checks; familiar with engineering documentation workflows and approval processes.
Well-versed in document control activities for energy and construction projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
