Responsibilities :

Collaborate with architects and design teams to understand project goals and produce compelling visual content.
Create highly realistic 3D models and renderings of interior and exterior architectural environments.
Develop and maintain an extensive library of textures, materials, lighting setups, and rendering presets.
Deliver high-quality visual assets for presentations, client pitches, marketing materials, and competitions.
Produce detailed site plans and landscape renderings as required.
Incorporate client and team feedback to refine visuals ensuring alignment with design intent.
Stay updated with the latest visualization software, techniques, and industry trends.
Mentor junior visualizers and contribute to their professional development and project execution.
