Job Title: Digital Specialist
Location: Bangalore, India (KA)
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving and optimizing our clients' websites to ensure they rank high on search engine results pages (SERP), generate quality traffic, and enhance online visibility. You will be working with SEO strategies, content creation, site audits, and technical SEO, contributing directly to the digital growth of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead generation to the sale team
Excellent writing skills and verbal communication abilities.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
Proven marketing experience across digital platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing, newsletters, push notifications, and display advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and marketing databases for promotions.
Expertise in landing page optimization, user funnels, and A/B testing.
Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and ad-serving tools.
Basic programming knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Perform SEO optimization to ensure clients' websites are ranking high on SERP and generating maximum quality traffic.
Conduct detailed website audits to ensure SEO issues are identified and corrected.
Update structured data, resolve HTML/CSS-related issues on websites that may impact ranking.
Perform keyword research and analyze target audiences for relevant keywords and phrases.
Create and optimize high-quality content in line with SEO strategies to boost relevant website traffic.
Ensure content is plagiarism-free and consistently updated to meet SEO standards.
Update and optimize Meta tags (title, meta description/keywords, headers) for better search engine performance.
Handle the client’s Webmaster account, offering support and resolving issues, especially if the website is penalized by Google/Bing.
Strategically place high-quality backlinks on third-party websites, such as review sites and blogs, to improve website ranking.
Ensure websites comply with Google/Bing SEO guidelines and meet the goal of high SERP rankings.
Manage and update Google My Business listings for local SEO.
Maintain and update Google citations and online directory information with the latest details.
Document SEO strategies and share with onshore counterparts to ensure alignment.
Utilize Google Analytics to track performance and generate insightful reports.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in handling SEO for a client’s website. Experience with US/Canadian clients is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of SEO concepts, Google/Bing guidelines, and SERP algorithms.
- Experience in content creation, keyword research, and optimization for SEO & SMM
- Knowledge of technical SEO aspects such as site audits, structured data, and HTML/CSS fixes.
- Experience with Google My Business and local SEO strategies.
Languages: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
