Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee the financial activities of Company. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, be proficient in Tally ERP, and be capable of handling accounts up to finalization. Experience in managing multi-entity accounts is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple entities within the group.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in Tally ERP.
- Prepare and finalize accounts including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, and Balance Sheet.
- Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors for annual audits and tax assessments.
- Prepare and submit GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on time.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Lead and supervise a small team of accountants (if applicable).
- Prepare financial reports and MIS for management decision-making.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
1. Accounting Operations & Accuracy
- Ensure accurate and complete recording of all financial transactions.
- Maintain error-free books of accounts across all group entities.
2. Accounts Finalization & Closing
- Timely preparation and finalization of Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
- Ensure on-time completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Maintain full compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
4. Audit & Regulatory Coordination
- Coordinate effectively with statutory and internal auditors.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements.
5. Cash Flow & Fund Management
- Monitor daily cash flow and fund utilization.
- Ensure proper intercompany reconciliations and fund controls.
6. MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare accurate MIS, financial statements, and analytical reports.
- Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
7. Team Supervision & Process Control
- Supervise and guide accounting staff to ensure task completion.
- Maintain discipline, accuracy, and standard accounting practices within the team.
8. Documentation & Record Maintenance
- Maintain proper financial documentation and records for audit and compliance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
