Full job description

Job Title: HR Executive – Operations & Compliance
Location: Plot No. 1 , Raniwala Jewellers, Hawa Sadak , Civil Lines - Jaipur
Experience Required: 1+ years in HR Administration and Factory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end attendance and leave tracking (daily, weekly, and monthly reporting).

· Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems (SARAL, ESSL) and Excel.

· Handle complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.

· Support payroll processing, including overtime, incentives, and discrepancy resolution.

· Ensure timely processing of HR-related payments (consultants, advances, etc.).

· Address employee queries and grievances related to PF, ESI, attendance, salary, and policies.

· Prepare and present weekly HR reports to management.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, registers, challans).

· Coordinate with government authorities and compliance officers during audits/visits.

· Support employee engagement initiatives, R&R activities, and internal communication.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1+ years in HR Administration and Factory Compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and statutory compliance.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry.
Certification in HR or labor law compliance is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
