A Pantry Boy (or Office/Pantry Assistant) manages the daily operations of a corporate pantry or office kitchen, ensuring cleanliness, stocking supplies, and serving refreshments to staff and guests. Core duties include preparing tea/coffee, maintaining hygiene, managing inventory, and assisting with meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage & Food Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to employees and visitors promptly.
Pantry Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the pantry area, including cleaning dishes, utensils, and coffee machines.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of snacks, beverages, and other pantry items, replenishing them as needed and reporting shortages.
Meeting Support: Set up meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and clean up after meetings.
Support Tasks: Assist with housekeeping tasks or distribute items within the office as needed.
