Business Technology
ZS’s Technology group focuses on scalable strategies, assets and accelerators that deliver to our clients enterprise-wide transformation via cutting-edge technology. We leverage digital and technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation.
What you’ll do:

Undertake primary ownership in driving self-effort across all phases of a project lifecycle
-
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support the design, build, and maintenance of Anaplan-based planning solutions
-
Apply appropriate development methodologies (e.g.: Agile, Waterfall) and best practices to ensure successful and timely project delivery
-
Collaborate with Project Leads, Solution Architects, and team members to support project execution, testing, deployment, and operational activities
-
Work closely with global delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of assigned tasks

Configure and develop Anaplan models, modules, lists, hierarchies, dashboards, UX pages, workflows, and business rules
-
Support development of Territory Planning, Quota Planning, Incentive Compensation, Sales Planning, Forecasting, and Workforce Planning solutions
-
Create and maintain project deliverables such as user stories, design documents, test cases, deployment documentation, training materials, and operational support documents

Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support activities

Support client meetings, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and status reporting activities

Exhibit continuous learning and innovation while building expertise across Anaplan platform capabilities and planning processes

Understand client requirements and develop scalable Anaplan solutions based on approved designs and implementation standards

Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills while supporting solution development and testing activities
Additional Skills:

Strong understanding of Anaplan platform capabilities including Model Building, UX, Data Hub, CloudWorks, ALM, and model optimization techniques

Good understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM), Territory Planning, Quota Planning, Incentive Compensation Management, and Sales Planning processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with appropriate and logical structuring of thought process during discussions and presentations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team environment

Ability to distill complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with clients or other internal project teams
