We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Accounting professional to join our team located on Strand Road. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization by managing various accounting responsibilities. Our company is known for its collaborative work culture and commitment to excellence, and we believe that the right candidate will enhance our financial operations, ensuring transparency and compliance.

The Accounting position on Strand Road is pivotal in providing accurate financial information to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise will not only help in managing day-to-day financial transactions but also assist in streamlining our accounting processes, ultimately driving our commitment to sustainable growth and accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions efficiently.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Coordinate and complete annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash flow reports.
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall financial processes.
Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Support the development of financial policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
Willingness to continuously develop professional knowledge and skills.
