Job Description:

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will manage a hybrid collections workflow that includes both office-based and field-related activities (based on operational allocation). You will guide a team of associates, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accuracy across reporting and documentation. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to communicate clearly with teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of back-office and collection executives.
Ensure timely follow-ups on overdue accounts and maintain process accuracy.
Coordinate hybrid operational activities (office and field tasks, depending on allocation).
Review daily performance, provide coaching, and ensure targets are met.
Maintain reports, trackers, and documentation with utmost accuracy.
Support escalations, approvals, and team queries as needed.
Uphold professionalism, compliance, and operational efficiency across all tasks.

Job Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in collections is mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven team handling skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid model (office + field activities as allocated).
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Graduation required.
