A telecaller is the voice of your business. They act as the crucial link between your company's offerings and prospective customers by initiating outbound calls, addressing inbound queries, qualifying leads, and supporting the overall sales process.
Job Summary
We are looking for a persuasive, driven, and highly communicative Telecaller to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling rejection, skilled at following sales scripts, and capable of maintaining accurate customer records.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Contact prospective and existing customers using pre-defined scripts to introduce our products or services.
- Lead Qualification: Ask probing questions to understand customer needs, qualify leads, and transfer windows of opportunity to the appropriate sales department.
- Inbound Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls, resolve product/service issues, and provide accurate information to customers.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records, feedback, and interaction history on the company’s CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Follow-up: Maintain a schedule of follow-up calls to progress the sales pipeline and ensure high customer retention.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a fluent command of English and/or regional languages.
- Sales Aptitude: Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with the capacity to handle rejection resiliently.
- Tech-Savviness: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software and dialing systems.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor when handling client concerns.
