Responsibilities:

Assess clients’ physical condition, mobility, fitness level, posture and movement patterns.
Develop individualized treatment / exercise / rehabilitation plans aligned with wellness / weight-loss / mobility goals.
Conduct physiotherapy sessions (manual therapy, exercise therapy, mobility training) to improve clients’ strength, reduce pain, enhance movement.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly; maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with dietitians, doctors, wellness-coaches and other team members to deliver holistic client care.
Ensure treatment area is safe, professional and client-friendly, adhering to clinic protocols and hygiene standards.

Skills / Attributes Required:

Good interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact with clients, motivate and guide them.
Able to design tailored programmes for target groups (wellness/weight loss/fitness) rather than only standard protocols.
Commitment to client-outcomes, detail-oriented record-keeping, and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
Freshers may be considered if enthusiastic about wellness/fitness domain.

Job Type: Full-time
