Senior Physiotherapist

Lotus Sports and Fitness, a leading fitness center committed to promoting health and well-being, is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry, coupled with certification as a physiotherapist.

Responsibilities:

Member Screening:
- Conduct thorough assessments of new members to understand their fitness levels, medical history, and specific needs.
- Utilize the gathered data to create a comprehensive understanding of each member's physical condition.

Fitness Level Review:
- Analyze fitness assessments to determine individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
- Work closely with members to establish realistic fitness objectives.

Trainer Appointment:
- Collaborate with the training team to match members with the most suitable fitness trainers based on their unique requirements and goals.
- Provide ongoing feedback to trainers to ensure the member's fitness plan aligns with their needs.

Workout Plan Creation:
- Design personalized workout plans for members, taking into consideration their fitness levels, health conditions, and goals.
- Regularly update and modify workout plans to ensure continued progress.

Physiotherapist Duties:
- Perform all responsibilities associated with being a certified physiotherapist, including injury assessment, rehabilitation, and therapeutic interventions.
- Offer expert advice on injury prevention and recovery strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry.
Certified Physiotherapist with a valid license.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
