IT Coordinator

Full-time | On-site | Entry Level (0–2 years) | Logistics / Technology

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized IT Coordinator to join our development team. You will be the go-to person between our end users, developers, and external freelance vendors — keeping our in-house software running smoothly and our projects well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

Software Support: Be the first point of contact for users facing issues with our in-house logistics software. Understand the problem, document it clearly, and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
Freelance Vendor Coordination: Identify, onboard, and manage freelancers for various projects. Schedule and align meetings between freelancers and developers, and handle price negotiations.
Cross-team Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between the development team and other internal departments to ensure smooth and timely execution.
Documentation & Follow-up: Maintain records of support tickets, vendor discussions, meeting notes, and project updates to keep the dev team informed and unblocked.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
Basic understanding of software or IT systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently
Comfortable negotiating with vendors and freelancers
Organized, reliable, and a team player

Good to Have

Exposure to logistics or supply chain domain
Experience with freelance platforms
Any background in IT support or helpdesk
