Full job description

Prospective Designs is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and professional Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for company officials, employees, and materials. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company vehicle in excellent condition while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities Driving & Transportation

Safely drive company vehicles for official purposes.
Transport Directors, employees, clients, vendors, and guests as instructed.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the assigned schedule.
Plan routes efficiently to avoid unnecessary delays.

Vehicle Maintenance

Maintain the vehicle in clean and roadworthy condition.
Conduct daily inspections of fuel, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential components.
Report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements immediately.
Ensure periodic servicing and repairs are completed on time.

Documentation

Maintain an accurate vehicle logbook.
Record daily mileage, fuel consumption, toll expenses, parking charges, and trip details.
Ensure all vehicle documents (RC, Insurance, PUC, Permit, etc.) remain valid and updated.

Office & Administrative Support

Deliver and collect office documents, drawings, samples, materials, and other official items whenever required.
Assist with bank visits, courier services, and government office visits as assigned.
Support office administration during non-driving hours.

Safety & Compliance

Follow all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and company property.
Avoid rash driving, unauthorized trips, or personal use of the company vehicle.
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding company discussions and client information.

Candidate Requirements

Valid LMV Driving License (Commercial License preferred, if applicable).
Minimum 2–5 years of driving experience.
Good knowledge of local routes and nearby cities.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.
Ability to use Google Maps and navigation applications.
Punctual, honest, disciplined, and well-groomed.
Good communication and professional behavior.

Working Hours

As per company working hours.
Flexibility to work overtime, on weekends, or travel outstation whenever required.

Company Rules

Maintain punctuality and professional conduct at all times.
Wear neat and presentable attire during duty.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any misconduct during duty hours is strictly prohibited.
Personal use of the company vehicle is not permitted without prior written approval.
Immediate reporting of accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle damage is mandatory.
Failure to comply with company policies may result in disciplinary action.
