Graphic Design Manager

We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Design Manager to lead our design team, drive visual excellence, and ensure the successful execution of high-quality creative projects that align with our marketing and business objectives.

Job Summary

The Graphic Design Manager will be responsible for leading the company's creative vision, managing design projects from concept to completion, and ensuring all visual content aligns with our brand identity. The ideal candidate should possess strong design expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring a creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Graphic Design team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Develop creative concepts for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website graphics, advertisements, and print materials.
Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all communication channels.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, Video, and Management teams to execute impactful campaigns.
Review, approve, and provide constructive feedback on all design work before publication.
Allocate projects, monitor workloads, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Mentor, train, and support junior designers to enhance their creative and technical skills.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies when required.

Required Skills

Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
Experience with Canva Pro and Figma.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
Excellent leadership, project management, and team coordination skills.
Ability to think creatively while solving design and branding challenges.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
Previous experience leading or mentoring a design team is preferred.
A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing creatives, print designs, and campaign work is mandatory.
