Job Description (JD) – HR Executive

Position: HR Executive

Experience Required: 3–4 Years

Location: Park Street

Department: Human Resources

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Handle employee induction and documentation for new hires.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Address employee queries and help resolve workplace concerns.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other HR-related documentation as required.
Manage exit formalities, full-and-final settlements, and offboarding processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
