<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Summary</b></p>Responsible for collaborating with business partners and identifying business problems. Recommend solutions with new or existing processes, applications, systems, programs, or software. Will manage and drive multiple primary assignments and handle complex issues/requests. Will act as the primary contact as a business relationship manager that will become a subject matter expert in operations data for Safety, People, Quality, Service, or Cost.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead requirements gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders with minimal dependency from Lead or Manager. Organize and engage in effective meetings with the team and business.</p></li><li><p>Identify the inter-dependencies of complex projects across domains. Requires communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams including senior leaders and executives.</p></li><li><p>Research technologies/solutions available with minimal dependency on lead/manager.</p></li><li><p>Take ownership of deliverables and improve existing processes.Define standards for team deliverables and processes.</p></li><li><p>Prioritize primary assignments and ad-hoc work for junior team members. Provide feedback to team members as required.</p></li><li><p>Investigate and document business requirements from business partners to facilitate discussions and conduct workflow analyses. Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write specifications.</p></li><li><p>Recommend solutions or improvements to business processes which can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.</p></li><li><p>Interpret business requirements to functional designs. Collaborate with Developers and Engineers on technical designs and development.</p></li><li><p>Perform implementation and configuration activities including prototyping, analysis, system configuration, operational implementation and process documentation.</p></li><li><p>Act as a liaison between the IT development group and business partners for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems.</p></li><li><p>Working with large datasets within applications, develop reports and dashboards as well as the creative problem solving, leadership, and communication skills necessary to drive change.</p></li><li><p>Ensure solutions are tested/validated sufficiently before being implemented in production. Test planning and testing results with minimal level of input and review from management</p></li><li><p>Work with the business partners to ensure process and system changes are communicated clearly and that users are informed and/or trained sufficiently.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Job Requirements: </b></p><p></p><p>Education</p><ul><li><p>Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Work Experience</p><ul><li><p>At least 4 years of experience in system analysis and configuration, such as: Dashboard development experience using Tableau or other similar technology, utilizing SQL for data analysis and performance tuning, analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions, and experience in an agile/scrum environment</p></li><li><p>Experience applying project management methodologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Knowledge / Skills / Abilities</p><ul><li><p>Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming.</p></li><li><p>Experience documenting complex processes and generating supporting diagrams.</p></li><li><p>Time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.</p></li><li><p>Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.</p></li><li><p>Ability to assess and initiate actions independently.</p></li><li><p>Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong customer service skills. - Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated, demonstrated bias for action.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Job Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience working with Tableau, WebFOCUS, SQL, SSIS, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, and R.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Machine Learning and predictive analytics strategies.</p></li></ul><p><b>About Medline India:</b><br />Medline India was setup in 2010 in Pune, primarily as an offshore Development centre and to augment resources for Medline Industries LP headquartered in Chicago, USA.
