Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Sales and Business Development team.
Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and lead information in CRM.
Prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and sales-related documents.
Coordinate with clients regarding documentation, payment follow-ups, and project onboarding.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
Track sales targets, pipeline status, and team performance metrics.
Coordinate with Accounts, HR, and Operations teams for smooth execution of sales activities.
Manage client databases and ensure data accuracy.
Schedule meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
Assist in tender documentation, RFPs, and vendor registration processes when required.
Handle correspondence via email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Support the sales team in achieving business objectives through effective coordination and documentation.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
