Realtaspaces Infra Solutions LLP is looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

This position is ideal for professionals who excel in project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder management within the real estate, redevelopment, construction, or infrastructure sector.

Position Purpose

To coordinate and monitor all aspects of redevelopment and construction projects by ensuring effective communication, timely documentation, progress tracking, and collaboration among project stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination

Coordinate project activities from planning through execution and project completion.
Assist the Project Manager in preparing project schedules, work plans, and execution strategies.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Documentation & Project Control

Maintain project documentation, registers, and correspondence.
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR).
Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, consultant submissions, and approval records.
Ensure proper document control and version management.

Coordination with Stakeholders

Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, MEP Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Site Engineers.
Liaise with Liaison, Legal, Procurement, Finance, CRM, and Sales departments for project-related activities.
Coordinate meetings with consultants, contractors, clients, and management.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure.

Site & Execution Support

Monitor project progress through regular site coordination.
Assist in resolving day-to-day project coordination issues.
Track material requirements, consultant deliverables, and statutory approvals.
Support project teams in achieving construction milestones.

Meeting Management

Schedule project review meetings and coordination meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas.
Record and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Monitor action points and follow up until completion.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare project dashboards and management reports.
Highlight project delays, risks, and critical issues.
Maintain project trackers and progress updates.
Generate MIS reports for management review.

Compliance & Quality Support

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, project procedures, and documentation standards.
Assist in monitoring statutory approvals and consultant submissions.
Support quality audits and project documentation reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management.
PMP or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in Project Coordination, Construction Management, Redevelopment, or SRA Projects.
Experience in Real Estate, Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, or Infrastructure Projects is highly preferred.
