D365 Sr-Developer - D365F&O Technical Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced D365 Technical Lead with Intensive experience to lead technical design, development, integrations, and support activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). The role requires strong expertise in ERP technical architecture, X++ development, Azure integrations, and DevOps practices.
This position involves close collaboration with functional consultants, solution architects, and client IT teams to ensure stable, scalable, and high‑performance D365 solutions across multiple environments.
1. Technical Development & Leadership
• Lead the technical team members. • Guide and mentor technical developers.
- Lead technical design and architecture for D365 F&O implementations and enhancements.
- Provide hands‑on development using X++, Extensions, SSRS reports, and data entities.
- Review code and enforce best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
2. Integrations & System Architecture
- Design and manage integrations with external systems using OData, REST APIs, DMF, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform.
- Ensure scalable and secure integration architecture.
- Support data migration and interface monitoring activities.
3. DevOps & Environment Management
- Manage Azure DevOps pipelines for build, deploy, and release automation.
- Coordinate deployments across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments.
- Work with LCS for environment monitoring, updates, and issue resolution.
4. Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide L3 production support and root cause analysis for complex issues.
- Optimize system performance and implement technical improvements.
- Collaborate with functional teams for solution enhancements.
Experience:
- Intensive experience in D365 F&O Technical / AX 2012 Technical roles.
- Strong expertise in X++, Extensions, SSRS, and Integrations.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and D365 LCS.
- Good understanding of security, batch jobs, and performance tuning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft D365 F&O Technical certification.
- Experience in global ERP implementations and managed services.
- Exposure to Power Platform and Azure integration services.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and take technical ownership.
- Structured documentation and delivery discipline.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
