Job Title: Computer Operator/Cashier

Location: Chinchwad, Pune

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and organized Computer Operator/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in basic computer operations and should be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date office records.
Efficiently operate and complete daily tasks on computer software.
Supervision of day-to-day office tasks and reporting at the end of the day.
Handle and manage all day-to-day cash expenses.
Responsible for all daily sales of cylinders and dealing with customers face to face.
Manage daily customers and cash transactions.
Preparation of necessary monthly reports for senior management.
Train and supervise office staff.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in office management.
Fluent in computer operations, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
