We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire software development lifecycle—from conceptualization and architecture design to deployment and continuous maintenance.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will bridge the gap between front-end user experience and back-end logic, ensuring our applications are scalable, secure, and highly responsive. The ideal candidate is an excellent generalist who thrives in agile environments and is comfortable working with databases, server configurations, and modern user interfaces.
## Key Responsibilities
* Front-End Development: Design, build, and maintain highly responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly client-side applications using modern frameworks.
* Back-End Development: Architect, implement, and maintain robust, scalable server-side logic, services, and APIs.
* Database Management: Design, optimize, and manage relational and non-relational database architectures ensuring data integrity, security, and fast query execution.
* API Integration: Create and consume secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs to facilitate seamless communication between the front end, back end, and third-party services.
* DevOps & Deployment: Utilize CI/CD pipelines to manage code deployment, automate testing, and oversee system health across multiple environments (staging, production).
* Testing & Optimization: Code unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Identify and fix application bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system bugs.
* Collaboration: Work alongside product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
## Requirements & Technical Skills
* Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar software engineering role.
* Front-End Stack: Proficiency in fundamental web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6) and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
* Back-End Stack: Strong hands-on experience with server-side technologies and languages (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, C#/.NET, or Go).
* Databases: Solid understanding of database management systems, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
* Version Control: Expert knowledge of code versioning tools, primarily Git and platform ecosystems like GitHub or GitLab.
* Cloud & DevOps (Preferred): Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (equivalent practical experience or bootcamp graduation also valued).

Pay: ₹380,185.01 - ₹1,632,864.89 per year
