Property Maintenance Technician | Bangalore
We believe great beer brings people together — and that starts with the people who make it. While we’re dedicated to brewing authentic, true-to-style beers, our real craft lies in creating connections. Every pint we pour reflects the effort, creativity, and collaboration of a team that shares a common purpose: to make every experience meaningful.
Our workplace is built on the same values that define our taprooms — warmth, inclusivity, and a sense of belonging. Here, everyone has a voice, and every idea matters. Whether you’re behind the bar, in the brewhouse, or managing the daily rhythm of multiple venues, you’re part of something bigger — a community built on respect, passion, and shared pride in what we do.
If you believe great things happen when people come together, you’ll feel right at home here.
So, what’s the gig?
At 2 Pints Brewing, we're looking for a Property Maintenance Technician who can keep our brewery, taproom, kitchen, and guest spaces operating safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
You'll be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property by carrying out preventive maintenance, attending to breakdowns, and ensuring all equipment and infrastructure remain in excellent working condition.
From fixing an electrical fault to repairing a plumbing leak or servicing kitchen equipment, you'll be the go-to person who keeps the business running behind the scenes.
The good stuff you'll own
- Property Maintenance: Carry out day-to-day maintenance across the restaurant, brewery, kitchen, offices, storage areas, and guest facilities.
- Electrical Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, switches, sockets, DB panels, wiring, MCBs, exhaust systems, and electrical appliances.
- Plumbing Repairs: Attend to plumbing issues, including pipelines, faucets, washrooms, drainage, pumps, water tanks, valves, and leakage repairs.
- Kitchen Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on ovens, fryers, grills, salamanders, dishwashers, induction cooktops, refrigeration equipment, and other commercial kitchen appliances.
- HVAC & Refrigeration: Maintain air-conditioning systems, ventilation units, exhaust systems, bottle coolers, walk-in chillers, freezers, and refrigeration equipment.
- Civil & Carpentry Works: Carry out minor painting, masonry, tiling, ceiling repairs, furniture maintenance, door hardware repairs, and general carpentry work.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimise equipment failures and maximise operational efficiency.
- Equipment Inspections: Regularly inspect all equipment and facilities to identify maintenance requirements before they become operational issues.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external service providers and AMC vendors for specialised maintenance work while ensuring quality standards.
- Maintenance Records: Maintain service logs, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with electrical safety, fire safety, statutory requirements, and company SOPs.
- Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies to minimise operational downtime and ensure uninterrupted guest service.
If You Read This and Think "That's Me!", We're On To Something!

- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in property maintenance within restaurants, hotels, breweries, hospitality, malls, or commercial facilities.
- Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil maintenance, HVAC, and refrigeration.
- Experience maintaining commercial kitchen equipment is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of DG sets, pumps, water systems, and fire & life safety equipment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.
- Good understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada.
- Reliable, proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work under minimal supervision.
What's in it for you (besides great beer)

Before We Finish, What Makes Us, Us
Craft & Authenticity: We pour craft and care into everything we brew — no shortcuts, no gimmicks, just honest beer and respect for tradition.
Community & Connection: Because beer tastes better together. We believe shared moments build stronger communities (and better stories).
Warmth & Openness: Everyone’s welcome at our table — come as you are, stay as long as you like, and leave as friends.
Curiosity, Curation & Deep Research: We geek out over the details — from recipes to design to playlists. Everything we do is curated with care and backed by genuine curiosity.
Ease & Joy: We take our beer seriously, but never ourselves too seriously. Good vibrations are non-negotiable.
If you’ve read this far and found yourself nodding along, we should probably be having this chat over a pint (or two) instead of a job post. Drop us a line, tell us a bit about yourself, and let’s see if we can build something great. We promise we’re friendlier than most interview panels — and our onboarding includes actual beer.
