Job Description – .NET Full Stack Software Engineer

Position: .NET Full Stack Software Engineer
Experience: 8–12 Years
Location: Bengaluru
Work Model: Hybrid
Compensation: ₹35–40 LPA (for candidates from Top Tier Product/Technology Companies)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

About the Role

We are seeking experienced .NET Full Stack Software Engineers with strong expertise in C#, .NET, Azure Services, SQL Server, and ReactJS to join a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions.

Insurance domain experience will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies and ReactJS.
Build and support RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using ReactJS and related frontend technologies.
Work with Azure cloud services to build secure, high-availability applications.
Optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and application performance.
Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, sprint planning, estimations, and code reviews.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best engineering practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

Strong experience in C# and .NET/.NET Core
ASP.NET Web API development
Entity Framework
Microservices Architecture
Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Design Patterns

Frontend

Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in ReactJS
React Hooks, State Management, React Router
JavaScript/TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3, SASS

Microsoft Azure Services, including:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to independently drive technical solutions and mentor team members.
Insurance domain experience is a plus.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
