Full job description

Responsibilities

Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with market trends and company goals

Drive concept-to-launch process, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation

Apply CAD tools to create, refine, and visualize footwear designs, ensuring precision and manufacturability

Oversee adherence to global safety standards and certifications (ASTM, EN ISO, OSHA)

Analyse customer needs, competitor products, and emerging technologies

Handle timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple product development initiatives

Work with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, marketing, and sales teams

Source innovative, durable, and cost-effective materials for footwear

Partner with marketing and sales to ensure successful product launches

Track KPIs such as safety compliance, durability, customer satisfaction, and profitability

Implement feedback-driven enhancements to existing and new product lines

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business Administration, or related field

8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in footwear or industrial safety equipment

Familiarity with CAD tools and product lifecycle management software is a must

Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements for protective footwear

Proven track record of leading new product development from concept to launch

Experience with sustainable materials and eco-friendly manufacturing practices

Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and customer insights

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
