About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Founder. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and the capability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.
Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document management.
Assist in personal tasks and day-to-day activities of the Founder.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Track important deadlines, payments, and commitments.
Manage travel bookings, hotel reservations, and itineraries.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional appearance and conduct.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institution.
Prior experience supporting CXOs, Founders, Directors, or Senior Leadership.
Willingness to travel occasionally if required.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
