Job Summary

RBM Hospital is seeking a professional, courteous, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations and handle incoming/outgoing calls. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient service, scheduling appointments, addressing patient inquiries, and supporting hospital administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties

Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants professionally.
Register patients and maintain accurate patient records.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.

Telecalling Duties

Attend incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Make outgoing calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and health camp promotions.
Provide information about hospital services, doctors' availability, and health packages.
Maintain call records and patient communication logs.
Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns when required.
Support marketing and patient engagement activities through telecalling.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or telecalling.
Experience in healthcare or hospital settings will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Good telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, hospital software).
Strong inter personal and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Working Hours

As per hospital shift schedule.
