Architect, design, and develop scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Design and implement modern frontend applications using ReactJS and related technologies.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks including unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
Design, develop, and manage RESTful APIs and enterprise integration services.
Work with relational databases and optimize data access and performance.
Implement and support messaging and event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
Ensure application security by implementing industry-standard security controls and secure coding practices.
Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines integrated with testing and deployment automation.
Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to deploy and support applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and test reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers and technical team members.
Drive best practices in software engineering, DevOps, quality assurance, and automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must-Have Skills:
10+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development.
Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration patterns.
Experience with SQL databases and database optimization.
Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
Strong understanding of application security and secure development practices.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as:
JUnit
Mockito
Jest
Experience implementing unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing strategies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to lead technical initiatives.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cloud-native application development.
