Full job description

Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients across various industries.
Record day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, customer accounts, and general ledgers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Handle GST compliance, including return preparation, reconciliation, filing, and responding to notices.
Compute and deduct TDS, prepare TDS returns, and reconcile Form 26AS.
Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
Support Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Bank Audits, and GST Audits by preparing schedules and audit working papers.
Prepare and maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and supporting documentation.
Ensure timely completion of accounting work in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory regulations.
Coordinate with clients to obtain financial records, resolve accounting queries, and ensure timely submission of information.
Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, fund flow statements, and other management reports as required.
Assist in ROC compliance, including preparation of financial statements and supporting documents for statutory filings.
Process payroll accounting and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory requirements, where applicable.
Review books of accounts to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory agencies on behalf of clients.
Stay updated on changes in GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of all client assignments.
Perform any other accounting, taxation, audit, or compliance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
