Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of [Process Associate] [Cash Applicator]! Responsibilities: - Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances. - Execute cash application processes including matching customer payments to invoices. - Upload and manage customer account statements in financial systems. - Handle end-to-end reconciliation of accounts ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies. - Support the Order-to-Cash (O2 C) flow including monitoring receivables and payment postings. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve unapplied or misapplied cash transactions. - Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reconciliation reports for management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
