Job Description

We are looking for a Overseas Business Development Executive (3-8 years) with team leadership skills to drive business growth, generate leads and lead a small team targeting the US market.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT services sales & marketing, preferably with US clients.
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team.
Ability to perform cold outreach, pipeline management, convert prospects into customers, support proposals and demo sessions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms.
Flexible to work with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential US clients; build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and brand goals.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing associates to ensure performance targets are met.
Plan and manage digital campaigns, email marketing, and client outreach initiatives.
Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP responses and demos to win new business.
Track performance metrics, report results, and recommend improvements to senior management.
