POSITION SUMMARY
The E2E Integration Testing Lead is responsible for broader scope of integration testing, cross functional, team planning and coordination and test automation skills. The E2E Integration Testing Lead effectively coordinates and oversees work across multiple applications involved in the IT solution. This is a hands-on role that is deeply involved trouble shooting issues in various ETS core applications. This role will work closely with business analyst, product owners, application teams, and other stakeholders in all phases of the software development cycle to ensure that the software is free from defects, complies with functional specifications and meets or exceeds end-user requirements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement E2E Integration Test strategy based on the solution architecture document
- Test planning and coordination of applications that are involved in the IT solution
- Lead the creation of detailed E2E IT test scenarios and walk-through the scenarios with cross functional teams, product owners etc.
- Identify and prepare the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for the test cases in partnership with business and technology leads
- Design, develop and execute test plans, test cases, and manual and automated test scripts
- Suggest new testing approaches to streamline and improve the efficiency of e2E IT testing
- Work with the automation team to establish the test data strategy for integration testing
- Anticipate, assess, and mitigate issues, coordinating across teams as a single point of contact as necessary and escalate when necessary.
- Define, organize, guide, coordinate, monitor and execute the work effort to deliver new products, services and methods to business customers within defined constraints for time, cost, quality/scope
- Effectively collaborate across IT teams and Domains to mitigate risks and solve problems in order to meet business commitments.
- Contribute to the development of accessibility standards, test strategies, and guidance documents
- Mentor junior testers and provide knowledge sharing across teams
- Advocate for inclusive design and sustainable accessibility practices at scale
- Regularly update project teams on progress and status of assigned projects and ensure production goals are successfully met.
- Work closely with the out-sourced teams to train new CAP Gemini team members and ensure that the new team is up-to the par to complete the assignment
- Develop and implement QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered applications.
- Ensure that all interfacing applications and required support teams are involved in each release from a testing perspective
- Ensure that test environments for all applications involved in the solution are set up before starting the E2E IT testing
- Be able to communicate effectively to a wide range of people (including presentations/meetings), including effective and timely escalation when necessary
- Participate in the Quarterly Root Cause Analysis Reporting Review
- Develop process improvements for Software QA and SDLC processes and procedures
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function

Experience and Skills:
- Knowledge of enterprise business functions, core applications, and their customer and operational impact
- Understanding of systems integration concepts, application dependencies, and SDLC phases
- Skilled in implementing complex systems integration solutions, including under time?critical conditions
- Ability to apply creative and non?standard approaches using new or emerging technologies
- Strong issue management and troubleshooting skills across application and integration lifecycles
- Proficient in project management, quality validation, and delivery within time, cost, and resource constraints
- Ability to lead and influence, define objectives, secure commitment, and drive execution
- Effective delegation and cross?organizational coordination skills
- Strong organizational focus, balancing detailed execution with enterprise priorities
- Experience with vendor engagement, RFIs/RFPs, and incorporating technical requirements into contracts
- Demonstrated relationship management with internal customers, partners, and suppliers
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and internal interfaces
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree with extensive coursework in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.
- Industry QA or Software Testing professional certifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience leading QA software testing teams and projects

The base salary range advertised represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The base pay is only one aspect of the Total Rewards Package that will be offered to the successful candidate.
