Full job description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and digital media. The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to develop engaging visual content for both online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative graphics for social media, websites, digital campaigns, advertisements, email marketing, and print materials.
Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, and product catalogs.
Create logos, brand identity elements, and visual assets in line with brand guidelines.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual content.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Prepare final artwork for print and digital publishing.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback and ensure high-quality output.

Required Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following qualifications are preferred:

B.Des (Bachelor of Design)
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)
B.Sc. in Multimedia
B.Sc. in Animation & Multimedia
BA in Graphic Design
BA in Visual Communication
Bachelor in Visual Arts
B.Voc. in Graphic Design / Multimedia

Preferred Postgraduate Qualifications:

M.Des (Master of Design)
MFA (Master of Fine Arts)
M.Sc. in Multimedia
MA in Graphic Design

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Knowledge of Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe XD, or Sketch is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles is preferred.
Creativity with excellent visual storytelling abilities.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Experience

Freshers with an impressive portfolio are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, branding, advertising, or multimedia design is preferred.
