Our digital marketing team drives measurable results for enterprise ecommerce clients, with 90% of our projects focused on Adobe Commerce (Magento) and Shopify ecosystems.

Role Overview :We are looking for a data-driven, hands-on Team Lead - Growth Marketing to own full-funnel marketing strategy and execution for our US-based ecommerce clients.

You will lead a team of growth marketers, run multi-channel campaigns, and directly impact revenue for some of the most ambitious ecommerce brands in North America. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will combine strategic thinking with deep ecommerce platform expertise.

What You Will Do :Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives, focusing on full-funnel optimization from acquisition through retention and expansion across Adobe Commerce and Shopify storefronts.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of growth marketers. Set clear OKRs, conduct regular 1:1s, and foster a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning.

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM/PPC, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate/influencer channels for US ecommerce clients.Own campaign analytics and reporting dashboards.

Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and drive continuous improvement in marketing performance.Design and execute customer acquisition campaigns leveraging paid media, organic growth strategies, marketplace optimization, and strategic partnerships.

Collaborate with product and customer success teams to develop retention strategies, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV) through lifecycle marketing and personalization. Manage the growth marketing budget across channels, ensuring efficient allocation to maximize impact and ROI.

Present regular budget vs. performance analyses.Work cross-functionally with ecommerce development, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with platform capabilities and broader company goals.Stay current on ecommerce marketing trends, competitor strategies, AI-powered marketing tools, privacy regulations (cookieless tracking), and emerging technologies. Implement best practices proactively.

Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on key metrics, campaign performance, and growth initiatives. Ecommerce Platform Expertise (Critical).Hands-on experience managing marketing for ecommerce stores built on Adobe Commerce (Magento 2), Shopify, and/or Shopify Plus.

Experience with platform-specific SEO, product feed optimization, and conversion rate optimization is essential. Familiarity with ecommerce CMS features including catalog management, checkout optimization, A/B testing integrations, and marketing automation connectors (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).Understanding of headless commerce architecture, PWA storefronts, and composable commerce trends as they relate to marketing execution.

Experience with ecommerce analytics tools: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and attribution modeling for multi-touch ecommerce journeys.

Qualifications :5+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing with a strong ecommerce focus.

2+ years of experience leading and managing a marketing team with demonstrated success in mentoring and developing talent.Proven track record of driving measurable growth (traffic, conversions, revenue) for US-based ecommerce brands.

Deep proficiency in digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platform.Strong understanding of SEO (technical + content), SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.

Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms: Adobe Commerce (Magento) and/or Shopify/Shopify Plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a test-and-learn mindset.Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to US-based stakeholders and clients. Nice-to-Have.

Experience with AI-powered marketing tools (AI content generation, predictive analytics, automated bidding strategies). Familiarity with marketplace marketing (Amazon, Walmart Marketplace) alongside DTC channels.Google Ads certification, Meta Blueprint certification, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing certification.

Experience in an agency or IT services environment managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.Exposure to conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize.
