Job Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1+ year of practical experience who can independently handle frontend and backend development, database integration, APIs, and application deployment.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development skills and should be capable of writing and understanding code manually while also using AI tools effectively for coding, debugging, optimization, and problem-solving.
The candidate must also have practical knowledge of deployment and hosting, and should be comfortable taking a project from development to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive web applications.
- Work on both frontend and backend development.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
- Design and manage databases according to project requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API, database, and production issues.
- Deploy applications to hosting/server environments and manage production releases.
- Configure domains, DNS, SSL, environment variables, and other basic deployment requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot applications after deployment.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
- Use AI coding tools to improve development efficiency, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Review and validate AI-generated code before implementing it.
- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Learn and implement new technologies based on project requirements.
Required Technical SkillsFrontend
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Practical experience with React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of responsive design and frontend performance.
Backend
- Practical experience with Node.js/Express.js, PHP, Python, Java, or similar backend technologies.
- Good understanding of server-side programming and API development.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization.
Database
- Practical knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
- Understanding of database design, CRUD operations, queries, and data management.
Deployment & Hosting – Mandatory
The candidate should have practical knowledge of deploying applications to production.
Experience with platforms such as:
- Vercel
- Netlify
- AWS
- DigitalOcean
- cPanel
- Other cloud/server hosting platforms
Knowledge of the following is preferred:
- Domain and DNS configuration
- SSL setup
- Environment variables
- Server configuration
- Frontend and backend deployment
- Production troubleshooting
- Basic Linux/server knowledge
AI-Assisted Development – Important Requirement
We are looking for a developer who knows how to use AI as a development assistant without becoming completely dependent on it.
The candidate should be able to:
- Write code manually and understand programming fundamentals.
- Use AI tools for code generation, debugging, optimization, refactoring, and problem-solving.
- Understand, review, test, and modify AI-generated code.
- Identify errors or security/performance issues in AI-generated solutions.
- Use AI tools to improve development speed and productivity.
- Combine strong manual coding skills with modern AI-assisted development practices.
Additional Skills
- Git & GitHub
- REST API development and integration
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Linux/server environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of website security and performance optimization is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities.
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Must have practical experience working on real projects.
- Should be able to independently develop, debug, and deploy web applications.
- Must have practical knowledge of deployment and hosting.

Compensation
