HR Intern

Experience

Fresher to 6 months of experience
Students pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are encouraged to apply.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a keen interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Source candidates through various recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate interview rounds and maintain interview schedules.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.

Employee Onboarding

Prepare offer letters and joining documents.
Collect and verify employee documentation.
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.

HR Operations

Update and maintain employee databases.
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Support payroll documentation.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Ensure employee files are organized and updated.

Employee Engagement

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Support birthday, festival, and team events.
Collect employee feedback and maintain engagement records.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment documents.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Maintain compliance-related documentation.

Administrative Support

Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements.
Manage HR emails and communications.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Professional behavior and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Familiarity with job portals and MS Office is an added advantage.
