Executive (Support HR & Training)

Experience:1 to 3 Years

Job Description

Process end-to-end payroll on a monthly and weekly basis, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Maintain and update employee master data, including attendance, leave, statutory, and payroll records.
Validate payroll inputs such as new hires, employee exits, salary revisions, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
Prepare, verify, and reconcile payroll reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
Generate payslips and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll data and smooth processing.
Prepare Excel-based MIS reports, including payroll variance analysis, overtime calculations, and deduction summaries.
Support internal and external payroll audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIFS, and data validation for payroll analysis and reporting.
Monitor attendance and leave management systems to ensure accurate payroll calculations.
Maintain high accuracy and confidentiality while meeting payroll deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to resolve payroll discrepancies.
Demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting principles in payroll reconciliation and financial reporting.
