Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Executive to drive business growth through strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and strong account management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with pre-sales teams, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume cold calling and first-level discussions to qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn targeting decision-makers across global markets.
Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and ensure every opportunity is effectively managed.
Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals by collaborating with Pre-sales Technical Consultants.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, and Claude to simplify cybersecurity concepts and create professional proposal documentation.
Coordinate closely with Pre-sales Technical Consultants throughout the complete sales lifecycle.
Lead commercial negotiations, address client objections, and drive opportunities to successful closure.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline updates, forecasting, and activity tracking using Zoho CRM or equivalent platforms.
Manage assigned customer accounts, strengthen client relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure timely renewals.
Generate consistent outbound opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions globally to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Take complete ownership of the sales process from lead generation to deal closure while achieving assigned revenue targets.

Required QualificationsExperience

1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in IT Services, Cybersecurity, SaaS, BFSI, or Consulting.

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (Preferred)

Note: Pure undergraduate freshers are not eligible. MBA graduates with a minimum six-month sales internship may be considered.

Required Skills

Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
CRM management and sales pipeline discipline
Commercial and business acumen
Ability to understand technical cybersecurity concepts and explain them in simple business language
Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, or similar platforms for proposal creation and documentation

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Cybersecurity, VAPT, ISO standards, or Compliance services
Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
Experience managing international or multi-geography clients
Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
