Description

Join Qatar Airways Group Business Services (GBS) Finance Services - Sales to Cash - CDC in Ahmedabad, India, a team that supports critical revenue protection activities through payment fraud screening and chargeback management.

As a Senior Analyst - Payment Fraud & Chargebacks, you will be responsible for screening card payment transactions, identifying potential fraud risks, and supporting chargeback defense activities to safeguard company revenue and interests.

Responsibilities:

Perform real-time screening of digital transactions and identify potential fraudulent activity.
Manage fraud cases, disputes, RFIs and chargebacks, ensuring timely submission of supporting documentation
Coordinate with acquiring banks and internal stakeholders to protect company interests.
Maintain accurate records and updates within fraud screening and case management systems.
Analyze fraud and chargeback trends using data and reporting tools.
Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS requirements and support audit activities.
Support audits and investigations related to revenue processes as directed by management.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of job-related experience,
Relevant experience in fraud screening and chargebacks.
Experience working in a rapidly changing environment.
Sound knowledge of card scheme rules and regulations and airline reservation systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights through transaction analysis.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Demonstrated customer focus, personal effectiveness, drive to deliver, commercial awareness, and commitment to standards and safety.
