Job Description – L1 Support Engineer Location: Guwahati Experience: 2–5 Years Job Role and Responsibilities  Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network-related issues.  Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of network issues in LAN and Wi-Fi environments.  Support users with hardware and software troubleshooting requests.  Monitor ticket queues and provide timely updates as per agreed SLA timelines.  Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution.  Install and configure antivirus software and support software installations.  Assist in maintaining IT inventory records for hardware and software assets.  Support account creation, password resets, and user access management activities.  Perform installation, replacement, and basic maintenance of IT equipment as required.  Maintain accurate documentation related to installations, configurations, and support activities.  Ensure timely closure of incidents/service requests with proper closure remarks.  Provide technical support to end users both remotely and onsite.  Assist in testing and deployment of new technologies and devices.  Ensure adherence to organizational IT policies and operational procedures. Required Skills  Basic understanding of LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networking.  Knowledge of Windows OS, desktop support, and troubleshooting.  Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and LAN/WAN/WLAN troubleshooting.  Hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, and network infrastructure support.  Familiarity with ticketing tools and SLA-based support environments.  Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
