The Company

Aquascape Engineers Pvt. Ltd. has an exciting new opportunity within a long-established manufacturing organization using a variety of Machining and Fabrication processes to manufacture their products from our modern purpose-built facility located in Ahmedabad, GUJARAT

We supply components into Aerospace industry, and have a vision to develop these and wider markets making the working environment fascinating and challenging.

A requirement has now arisen for an ADMIN cum BACK-OFFICE EXECUTIVE to join the Company.

Job brief

The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Keeping a close look at all equipments in the company and taking relevant action if equipment does not work properly or damages.
Helping HR in conducting interviews.
Training new employees.
Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
Prepare and reconcile customer balances.
Correct discrepancies in customer account balances.
Assist inventory controlling staff in maintaining inventory records.
Assist front office staff in maintaining the office premises clean and neat.
Assist front office in preparing, scheduling and organizing meetings,events and appointments.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Perform some normal clerical duties such as faxing, reviewing,emailing and editing of some important documents and most importantly keeping all the records intact.

Skills

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
Good Verbal and written communication skill especially in English language.
