Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer who is passionate about building modern, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native, Next.js, and React.js, with a product mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in designing frontend architecture, mentoring developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving engineering excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.
Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect, and reusable UI components.
Develop reusable UI libraries and maintain scalable frontend architecture.
Optimize applications for speed, SEO, accessibility, and performance.
Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs and GraphQL services.
Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, Backend, and QA teams.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering discipline (Mandatory).
4–7 years of professional frontend development experience.
Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, and React Native.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a product-based company.
Experience building high-scale consumer applications.
Familiarity with AWS and Cloudflare.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Ability to mentor and lead frontend engineers.
